Say No To Shark Fin Soup

People fear sharks yet there are around 72 shark attacks annually yet we kill every second 2-3 sharks. Every hour we kill 11,000 sharks and 100,000,000 sharks per year.

The worst part is when people eat shark fin soup, the actual fin has no taste only the soup does. Also they only cut the fin off leaving the shark to drown.

Did you know we also eat shark meat? Lemon fish is shark meat and in many countries they call shark meat different names, and you may think well they are eating the whole shark what is the issue? However, we are overfishing sharks.

Sharks may be deadly and apex predators but as long as we keep our distance and do not provoke them they are no threat to humans.
